In two to three hour interactive sessions, participants discover what good leadership looks like in action.Through this exchange of ideas, participants learn and apply tested leadership principles to specific challenges in their own organization. They leave the session with an action plan that will help them improve their own leadership and the overall leadership climate in the organization.
